I ended up NOT making a business of it, I’m just not cut out for that, but I did use the sample contracts and budget-analyzing forms to set a reasonable price for an order of 24 cupcakes for a friends shower and a cake for my husband’s boss. So The book paid for itself and I had a lot of fun decorating cakes (which I already do) Maybe when the kids
are grown I’ll get back in business. No one wants to buy a cake with pre-poked fingerprints
